These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store, placing orders, and executing sales contracts for personalized products.
The store offers products made to the Customer’s individual order, based on the materials and data provided by the Customer.

All products offered are personalized products, created individually based on the data and photos provided by the Customer.
Each product is made to order and is not a ready-made stock item.
The sales contract is concluded when the Customer places and pays for the order.
The Customer is obliged to provide accurate data and deliver materials necessary for order fulfillment.
The Customer provides photos solely for order fulfillment purposes.
Photos are used only to prepare the personalized product and are not used for any other purposes, in particular marketing.
The Seller does not share photos with third parties, except entities necessary for order fulfillment (e.g. technical infrastructure providers).
After order completion, photos are removed from production systems within the period necessary to ensure after-sales support, no longer than 30 days, unless legal provisions require longer retention.
In accordance with Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, the Customer has no right of withdrawal for products:
This means that all personalized products offered in the store are not subject to return or withdrawal after the order is placed.
Order processing begins after payment is credited and after all required materials are received from the Customer.
The fulfillment time depends on the degree of personalization and is provided at the time of placing the order.
The Customer has the right to file a complaint in case of product defects or non-conformity with the order.

Complaints are processed within up to 14 days.
The Customer’s personal data and submitted materials (including photos) are processed solely for order fulfillment.
The Seller applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Changes do not affect orders placed before they come into force.
In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
